It's always a pleasure testing new products from Lincats Opus 700 range and the new OE7114 elctric fryer is no exception.The fully welded tank and removable batter plate allows ease of cleaning with a oil capacity of 19 litres. Always with safety in mind Lincat fyers have a clean design with easy to use controls including the close tolerance thermostat range 130°C to 190°C. Accurate temperature control for consistent results and safe operation.
